Description

An unusual cultivar, Liriodendron tulipifera 'Glen Gold' has large, plate-like, golden leaves in spring and summer which turn pretty shades of yellow before falling in autumn. Pale yellow-green, cup-shaped flowers appear on the branches once mature. A handsome, low maintenance garden tree.

• Notes: Liriodendron tulipifera 'Glen Gold' is most suited to a position sheltered from strong winds. Please bare in mind that Liriodendron tulipifera 'Glen Gold' does not start flowering for between 20 - 25 years.
