New to us, Carex oshimensis 'Everest' is a small, clump forming evergreen grass with heavily variegated white and green leaves. Yellowish-brown flower spikes appear above the foliage in spring.

Suitable for sun or partial shade and grows very well in a large container.

Position: Sun or partial shade.
Soil: Moist fertile soil.
Hardiness: Hardy.
Flowering Period: May - June.
Rate of Growth: Slow.
Habit: Carex oshimensis 'Everest' grows to be a small, clump forming grass.
