Lonicera standishii

An unusual semi-evergreen, medium sized shrub with has narrow, dark green leaves and lovely fragrant, creamy-white flowers in late winter once established.

As a semi-evergreen shrub, this will retain its leaves in mild winters but these will fall if the winter weather is particularly cold.

Best flower display in sun or dappled shade with a little shelter from strong winds.

• Hardiness: Reasonably hardy. Lonicera standishii requires shelter from cold winter winds and can drop some leaves after severe cold.
