An unusual clump forming perennial, Libertia procera has lance-shaped green leaves and spikes of handsome pure white flowers in late spring and early summer.

Best display of flowers once established if planted in a sheltered position away from strong winds.

Position: Sun or light, dappled shade.
Soil: Moist but well drained soil. Avoid very wet areas prone to waterlogging.
Hardiness: Reasonably hardy. Not suited for cold, exposed gardens - prefers mild areas.
Flowering Period: May - June.
Rate of Growth: Moderate.
Habit: Clump forming perennial with tall flowering stems.
- Height: up to 80 - 100 cm (2 - 3 ft)
