(Compact Oak-leaved Hydrangea) New to us, this is a slow growing, densely branching compact shrub once established with typical handsome oak-like leaves and eye-catching conical clusters of white flowers in summer which gradually turn pink as they age into early autumn.

The leaves are dark green in summer with purple-red and orange tints in autumn before they fall.

Very suitable for a position in sun or light shade and ideal for gardens with limited space. Can be grown in a large container if required.
