Hydrangea aspera 'Farrell' is an unusual medium sized, deciduous shrub with reasonably narrow dark green, felted leaves and delicate pale pink lace-cap flower clusters in late summer surrounded by pink florets.

Most suited for a position in light or partial shade with the best leaf size generally being seen if planted in a spot sheltered from strong winds.
