Sorry, now sold out
£55.00

An unusual selected form, Hamamelis vernalis 'Lombart's Weeping' is a medium sized to large shrub with a spreading habit and weeping branches covered with dainty reddish-purple, lightly scented flowers in late winter. Mid green summer leaves and good yellow or purple autumn colour depending on soil.

A smaller and significantly slower growing witch hazel than the other cultivars listed here due to its pendulous branches. Ideally train the leading shoot up a supporting bamboo cane until it reaches the desired height before allowing it to weep.

Rarely listed for sale and when available, only in small numbers.
