An unusual fern native to Japan, Dryopteris sieboldii is slow growing and evergreen, with leathery greenish-blue fronds on arching stems. Once established the fronds can grow to be quite large in size.
Most suited for a position in light dappled or fairly shade (with a little light if possible). Excellent in a woodland setting and it can also be grown very successfully in a container, provided it is in a shady position.
