Diervilla rivularis 'Troja Black'

A handsome small to medium sized shrub, Diervilla rivularis 'Troja Black' is a new selection with purple-bronze new growth turning dark green in summer and purple-orange to red autumn colour.

Small clusters of sulphur yellow flowers appear on the branches in mid summer.

A tough and fairly drought resistant flowering shrub, excellent for attracting insects and butterflies to the garden!

Grows well in a large container if required.

• Soil: Well drained, fertile soil. Diervilla rivularis 'Troja Black' is very tolerant of dry soils.
