An unusual deciduous climbing plant, Celastrus orbiculatus 'Diana' has bright green leaves which turn vibrant yellow in October and masses of eye-catching mustard yellow fruit in autumn which split to reveal orange seed. This is a female fruiting selection and requires pollination by a male Celastrus such as Celastrus orbiculatus 'Hercules' in order to fruit.
A vigorous climber once established, this is best in a position with full sun and plenty of space.
