Polystichum setiferum 'Plumosum Densum'

An attractive and slow growing, semi-evergreen fern with delicate, deeply divided, soft green fronds.

Most suited to a position sheltered from strong winds in light to heavy shade. Can be grown in a large container if required.

• Soil: Prefers moist, fertile soil. 
• Hardiness: Hardy. Shelter from strong winds. Fronds may die back during cold winter weather, if so prune off before young fronds emerge the following Spring.
• Rate of Growth: Slow
• Habit: Polystichum setiferum 'Plumosum Densum' grows to be a small clump forming fern.
