Malus x purpurea 'Crimson Cascade' grows to be a lovely weeping small apple tree with cascading branches and a display of vibrant crimson-pink flowers in Spring. The leaves are purple in spring when they emerge gradually turning bronze-green in summer as they mature. Dark purple crab apples develop on the branches in late summer and autumn.
