(Beech tree) The charming deep green leaves of this slow growing beech are shaped like small spoons with pale hairy edges.

Gradually develops into a very elegant, small branching, upright tree. Best in sun or dappled shade with some shelter from strong winds. Very rarely available for sale.

Fagus sylvatica 'Greenwood' is a  really lovely and rare beech cultivar for the connoisseur.

Suitable for growing in a large container. Slow growing and not for instant gratification!
