(Purple Fastigiate Beech) A tall, narrow tree once established with beautiful, rich-purple summer foliage.

The foliage colour is dependent upon the amount of sunlight it receives and therefore always turns a richer shade of purple when planted in a position with full sun.

Fagus sylvatica 'Dawyck Purple' is a handsome specimen tree with a narrow, columnar habit.

These plants are to large to be sent with our mail order service and are available for collection from our nursery only.
