A handsome flowering climber, Clematis 'Piilu' is unusual in that it has double, semi-double and single, pale pink-striped flowers all on the same stems.

Clematis 'Piilu' is an excellent climber for many positions but is particularly suitable for growing up trellis against a sunny wall or fence.

Position: Full sun or light, dappled shade.
Soil: Well drained, fertile soil.
Hardiness: Hardy.
Flowering Period: May/June & September.
Flower Colour: Pink and white.
Rate of Growth: Moderate.
Habit: Clematis 'Piilu' grows to be a small, scrambling climber.
- Height: up to 2 - 2.5 m (6 - 8 ft)
- Spread: 1 m (3 ft)

Pruning: Gently prune Clematis 'Piilu' in early spring to remove any dead or damaged stems.
