Clematis 'Piilu'

A handsome flowering climber, Clematis 'Piilu' is unusual in that it has double, semi-double and single, pale pink-striped flowers all on the same stems.

Clematis 'Piilu' is an excellent climber for many positions but is particularly suitable for growing up trellis against a sunny wall or fence.

• Position: Full sun or light, dappled shade.
• Soil: Well drained, fertile soil.

• Flowering Period: May/June & September.
• Flower Colour: Pink and white.
• Rate of Growth: Moderate.
• Habit: Clematis 'Piilu' grows to be a small, scrambling climber.

• Pruning: Gently prune Clematis 'Piilu' in early spring to remove any dead or damaged stems.
