Also known as Camellia × williamsii 'Spring Festival', this is an eye-catching medium sized or eventually large, evergreen shrub covered with masses of gorgeous light pink, double flowers in early Spring. Dark green glossy leaves.

A colourful addition to a flowering border and grows well in a large container.

• Position: Full sun or partial shade.
• Soil: Neutral or preferably acid soil. In chalky areas Camellia 'Spring Festival' can be grown in a large container with ericaceous compost.
• Hardiness: Hardy.
• Flowering Period: March - April.
• Rate of Growth: Moderate.
• Habit: Medium sized or eventually a large shrub with a rounded habit.
