New to us, Berberis thunbergii 'Orange Sunrise' is a small shrub with a narrow, upright habit and glowing orange-red leaves in summer with a slender yellow margin later in the year. The leaves also have good autumn tints before falling. Attractive, small yellow flowers appear on the branches in late spring.

Berberis thunbergii 'Orange Sunrise' should be planted in a sunny position as the leaves can turn more green in colour if planted in partial or heavy shade!
