(Dwarf Buckeye) Charming, rare and very slow growing cultivar which is covered with upright panicles of rose-pink flowers in early summer. The leaves are bronze coloured when they first emerge in spring, turning light green in late spring and summer.

Once established Aesculus pavia 'Koehnei' has quite an architectural appeal, looking a little like a miniaturised version of a full blown tree.

This Aesculus can be grown successfully in a large container and its slow growing nature makes it an ideal plant for smaller gardens!

Very slow growing and absolutely not for instant gratification!
