Suitable for a position in sun or dappled shade with some shelter from cold winds.

Soil: Well drained, fertile soil.
Hardiness: Hardy. Acer palmatum 'Little Princess' will grow best when planted in an area sheltered from strong winds.
Rate of Growth: Slow.
Habit: Eventually a small to medium sized, densely branching shrub.
