Description

Very rare deciduous shrub native to China, Euonymus clivicola var rongchuensis has slender, green leaves and tiny purple flowers followed by exceptionally beautiful seed heads in autumn. A choice plant which grows into a nedium sized garden shrub.

Supplied size: 3L pot (approx 3 - 4 years old, 30 - 40 cm tall) 


  • Position: Sheltered in full sun or partial shade.
  • Soil: Well drained, fertile soil.
  • Hardiness: Somewhat hardy. Requires shelter from cold winter winds.
  • Flowering Period: April - June
  • Flower Colour: Purple-red
  • Rate of Growth: Moderate.
  • Habit: Medium sized branching shrub once established.
