  • Position: Full sun or light, dappled shade.
  • Soil: Any reasonably well drained, fertile soil.
  • Hardiness: Hardy.
  • Flowering Period: July - September.
  • Rate of Growth: Vigorous.
  • Habit: Majestic, clump forming, upright perennial.
    • Height: 2 - 2.1 m (6 - 7 ft)
    • Spread: 1 - 1.5 m (3 - 5 ft)
  • Notes: An excellent, tough, late flowering plant for enticing insects, bees and butterflies into the garden. This plant is late into leaf and will not usually start to grow until approx late April or occasionally early May in cold winters.
