Schizophragma integrifolium 'Windmills' - young leaves in Spring

Schizophragma integrifolium 'Windmills'

In Stock
£39.95

(Climbing Hydrangea) New to us this is an unusual, deciduous, medium sized climber once established with stunning large flat heads of tiny white flowers in summer surrounded by eye-catching large, creamy-white floral bracts. The leaves are silver-green when they emerge in Spring, turning mid green as they age.

Highly ornamental, this is an excellent climber for sun or partial shade against a wall or fence, ideally with a little shelter from strong winds. It can also be grown as a trailing ground cover plant if protected from slugs.
