(Golden Fantail Willow) New to us, this is a very ornamental willow which has narrow, golden-yellow young leaves in Spring and early summer which gradually turn lime green later on.

Excellent as a foil for surrounding shrubs with dark foliage. Small catkins appear on the bare stems in late winter.

Best foliage colour if planted in position with plenty of sun. Can be grown in a large container if pruned regularly.
