(Red Oak) A vigorous tree native to North America and Canada, Quercus rubra has toothed, green leaves which appear as though they are on fire in autumn, turning lovely shades of dark red and orange before falling.

A majestic, large garden tree also suitable for parkland or woodland which gives generally its best display of autumn colour in a position with plenty of sun.
