Available Autumn 2018 - A new selection of birch grown for its peeling creamy white bark flushed with an attractive apricot colour once mature. Probably a Betula papyrifera hybrid, the bright green leaves turn pleasing shades of yellow before falling in autumn. Stunning garden tree once established with unusually for a birch, a good display of autumn colour.

  • Soil: Well drained, fertile soil.
  • Hardiness: Hardy.
  • Rate of Growth: Vigorous
  • Habit: Medium sized, slender, branching tree.
    • Height: 15 m (50 ft)
    • Spread: 10 m (32 ft)
  • Notes: The bark colour of this tree develops slowly, usually taking 4 - 6 years to appear.
