Description
Available Summer 2018 - A vigorous maple with good autumn colour, Acer palmatum 'Inazuma' has deeply cut leaves, dark purple when they emerge in Spring, gradually turning green as the year continues. Established plants have exceptionally vivid orange and red autumn colour.
The name 'Inazuma' means "Thunder" and in time it will grow to be a large shrub or small, branching tree.

- Position: Full sun or partial shade.
- Soil: Well drained, fertile soil. Acer palmatum 'Inazuma' will produce stronger autumn colours in a slightly acid soil.
- Hardiness: Hardy. Acer palmatum 'Inazuma' requires shelter from strong winter winds.
- Rate of Growth: Moderate to vigorous.
