Information Only - A new introduction to the UK, Acer saccharum ssp grandidentatum is a rare, medium sized tree is native to the Rocky Mountains in North America. It has large, lustrous, dark-green leaves with pale undersides that colour into beautiful shades of red, orange and yellow in Autumn.

A smaller and slightly more shrubby tree than the Acer saccharum, this is a choice plant suitable for larger gardens and woodland areas.
