Description
A perennial native to parts of Europe and Asia, Filipendula ulmaria 'Flore Pleno' has bright green, fern-like foliage and numerous small, double, creamy-white flowers in panicles in mid summer.
This is often planted to create natural, native areas and grows well close to stream sides and bogs.
