Information Only - Unusual and deciduous climber, Akebia trifoliata is an elegant plant with lush green, three lobed, wavy-edged leaflets. Small clusters of dark purple flowers with a faint scent appear in spring, followed by long, sausage-like fruit later in the year after a warm summer. A lovely climbing plant for a sheltered garden.

This plant is currently listed on our website for Information Only - Although we have grown ths in the past, sadly it is not currently available for sale, nor do we have young specimens growing on our nursery. We hope to have this plant for sale at some point in the future and at this time it will be re-enabled on our website.
