Description
A large bushy shrub, Rosa canina has incredibly prickly stems and a flush of light pink flowers in midsummer, followed by bright red rose hips in autumn that are popular with birds. This rose is usually planted as part of an informal hedge, where the sheer amount of thorns makes it a formidable barrier.Features
