Description
A native of Southern Europe and North Africa,
Teucrium fruticans is an evergreen shrub with greyish-green leaves and pretty lavender blue, flowers in late summer. The stems are covered with an attractive fine white felt and the leaves have a white under-surface and are fragrant when crushed. Ideal shrub for a warm sunny garden which can also be trimmed regularly and grown as a low hedge if required.
