Description
A rare cultivar ,
Styrax japonica 'Emerald Pagoda' has the largest flowers of the species with clusters of slightly fragrant, star-like flowers which are 2½ - 3 cm across each. These flowers are stand out very well against the dark green leaves. When established, the falling flowers in mid summer carpet the ground around the plant in a very pretty fashion.
