Description
A rare and eye-catching tree, Malus trilobata 'Guardsman' has a narrow, stiffly upright habit and dark green, maple-like leaves which turn lovely shades of purple and scarlet red in autumn before falling. Clusters of white flowers in early summer are followed by small green fruit in autumn.
The narrow habit and fairly slow growing nature makes Malus trilobata 'Guardsman' ideal gardens with limited space.
