Rare in the UK, Crataegus tracyi grows to be a large shrub or eventually very small tree with dark green leaves turning red / orange before falling in autumn. Clusters of white flower appear in late spring followed by somewhat hairy, rounded red fruit in autumn.
In the UK Crataegus tracyi is hardy but usually does best in a position with full sun and some shelter from strong wind. Avoid wet or waterlogged soils.
