Description
Originating from New Zealand, this is a charming short grass with year-round interest and narrow, weeping leaves which form a dense tussock. The leaves are a warm honey-amber which changes to the shiny copper colour of a new penny in early spring with the new growth.
Carex comans 'Bronze Form' is a good companion to spring flowers and bulbs, particularly pink hellebores and pulmonarias.
