Description - Pear 'Concorde'

(Special Offer - Now 18% off)! Pear 'Concorde' is a popular pear tree with heavy crops of tender, sweet, juicy fruit and unsurprisingly is wildly used in commercial fruit production. The flesh has a lovely creamy texture. When freshly picked the fruit is quite firm and will hold its shape well during cooking. The fruit of this variety is also slow to oxidise (turn brown) and therefore very suitable for fresh salads or fruit compotes.
