An exciting selection of vine with deeply cut, purplish young leaves, turning dark green in summer and vivid shades of orange, red and yellow before falling in autumn.

Vitis coignetiae 'Claret Cloak' requires a large amount of space and generally looks best when allowed to ramble through an old tree or over an old building, wall or fence!

• Soil: Well drained, fertile soil.
